Our very highest honour, The Chairman’s Award is bestowed annually to an individual chosen by fellow Market Partners.
Live onstage this 23rd August during the Dream Bigger Celebration at MONATions United 2025, we will proudly honour this year’s MONAT Hero with the award being presented personally by MONAT Chairman Luis Urdaneta.
From 18th June–3rd July, you are invited to nominate a MONAT leader who YOU believe should be honoured with this elite award—and recognise them in spectacular fashion.
Who is eligible?
You may nominate any active Market Partner in good standing who has achieved the Career Rank of Market Mentor or above.
What defines
a MONAT Hero?
Much more than just a successful Market Partner, a MONAT Hero is a difference-maker in their community.
They contribute their time, talent, and resources to make a positive impact and give back. This person does more than lead a team; they lead with Gratitude.
